- - 1 glass of milk;
- - 1 glass of heavy cream;
- - 1/2 cup sugar;
- - 2/3 cup walnuts;
- - almonds.
Instructions
Step 1
First, 2/3 cup of walnuts must be soaked in warm boiled water for 30 minutes.

Then we take 2 eggs, separate the yolks from the whites and mix them with a small amount of milk, whisking the mixture with a mixer until smooth. Then pour in the rest of the milk, add cream and sugar. Stir everything until sugar dissolves. We put the resulting mass on a slow fire and cook for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Be careful not to boil the mixture.
Step 3
Drain the walnuts and grind them with a blender, turning it on at high speed. Combine the resulting nut butter with the milk-yolk mixture and carefully alter everything. Pour the ice cream blank into a freezing container (if desired, the mixture can be filtered through a strainer) and placed in the freezer. At the same time, during the freezing process, nut ice cream should be mixed several times at intervals of 2-3 hours.
Step 4
Before serving, the dessert can be garnished with chopped almonds and halved walnuts.
