  • - butter - 60 g;
  • - four cloves of garlic;
  • - two eggs;
  • - rosemary - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • - olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - spices.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove veal chops and excess fat. Pat dry on paper towels.

Step 2

Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, rosemary and crackers.

Step 3
