Veal in parmesan and rosemary is the main dish for a family dinner or even a festive table. Everyone can cook delicious juicy meat according to this recipe!
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - veal chops - 4 pieces;
- - crushed crackers - 150 g;
- - grated parmesan - 80 g;
- - butter - 60 g;
- - four cloves of garlic;
- - two eggs;
- - rosemary - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- - olive oil - 3 tbsp. spoons;
- - spices.
Instructions
Step 1
Remove veal chops and excess fat. Pat dry on paper towels.
Step 2
Combine the grated Parmesan cheese, rosemary and crackers.
Step 3
Dip each piece of meat in a slightly beaten chicken egg, then shake off, roll in breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Heat butter with olive oil in a skillet, add garlic, fry until golden brown. Remove the garlic.
Step 5
Place the meat, fry over medium heat on each side for five minutes. Serve the cooked veal on warm plates. Bon Appetit!
