Take three fresh cucumbers and 150 grams of radishes. You can grate the radishes and cut the cucumbers into cubes. Finely chop 100 grams of green onions, add herbs to taste - dill, parsley, salad.

Step 3

Boil three hard-boiled eggs. After they have cooled, they should also be cut into cubes and mixed with the rest of the ingredients.

Step 4

Dilute 450 grams of tan with 150 grams of drinking water. Add mustard, salt, horseradish, sugar and chili to the mixture to taste. Now you have your gas station ready.

Chill the dish and serve. Okroshka will turn out not only rich in vitamins. Thanks to the fermented milk drink Tan, your metabolism will improve, your heart activity will normalize.

Instead of tan, you can use kefir diluted with water. Add mustard and salt to the dressing to taste. You will end up with a healthy and dietary dish that will satisfy hunger in the heat and help maintain your figure.

Finish okroshka in the morning. Grate the beets themselves on a coarse grater and add to the mixture of potatoes, eggs and vegetables, and season the potatoes with beet broth. The dish can be served with sour cream.
