Cook an authentic Bangladeshi dish. Add cucumber, tomato and onion slices to it and serve with a naan tortilla.
It is necessary
- - 300 g chicken breast fillet;
- - chopped lettuce and lemon wedges.
- For the marinade:
- - 2 cloves of garlic (crush);
- - a piece of ginger root (peel, grate);
- - juice of 1 lemon;
- - 0.5 cups of plain yogurt;
- - 0.5 cups of tikka pasta.
- For the sauce:
- - 1 st. tablespoons of chopped fresh mint and cilantro;
- - 0.5 cups of plain yogurt;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes. For the marinade, put the garlic, ginger, lemon juice, yogurt and tikka paste in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Add the chicken breast, stir in the chicken cubes until they are soaked in the marinade on all sides. Leave the marinade in the refrigerator for at least an hour, preferably overnight.
Step 2
For the sauce, combine the mint and cilantro with the yogurt in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper, then refrigerate.
Step 3
String chicken meat on metal or wooden skewers. Preheat oven to medium heat. Roast the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Step 4
Divide the chicken into bowls, serving with a spoonful of sauce, chopped lettuce and lemon wedges.
