Lamb with mint

Baked lamb products:

• 600 g of lamb, • 4 cloves of garlic,

• 90 ml of vegetable oil, • 1 tablespoon of dried mint seasoning, • black pepper, • salt.

Preparation

Cut the lamb into steaks. Cooking seasoning for meat. Chop the chives. In a bowl, combine vegetable oil, garlic, dried mint. Add ground pepper. Salt. Brush the lamb steaks with the cooked seasoning. Place the steaks in the tin, wrapping them in foil. Place the dish in an oven heated to 180 degrees. Bake the steaks in foil for half an hour. Then open the oven and unfold the foil. Then bake the lamb for 25 minutes.
