This salad is perfect for the summer season. It can be done at the dacha for a barbecue or just for a picnic. It is very healthy, and the unusual combination of products gives the salad an extraordinary taste.

It is necessary

  • - 220 g of chicken breast (or fillet);
  • - 7 strips of bacon;
  • - 90 g salami;
  • - 3 tomatoes;
  • - 2 heads of romaine lettuce;
  • - 1 red onion;
  • - 110 g mozzarella;
  • - 25 g of parmesan;
  • - salt and pepper to taste.
  • For refueling:
  • - 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • - 1 tbsp. olive oil;
  • - 1/3 Art. wine vinegar;
  • - 1 yolk;
  • - 1 tsp Sahara;
  • - 1/2 tsp. mustard;
  • - salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the breast well under running cool water and separate the meat from the bone and skin. Cut the pulp into small slices.

Step 2

Fry the bacon in a preheated skillet and then cut into pieces. Cut the salami into small plastics and the tomatoes into cubes. Chop the salad with a knife.

Step 3

Peel the onion, chop and cover with cool water for a few minutes. Grate both types of cheese on a coarse grater. Place all ingredients in a deep bowl. Now let's start preparing the dressing.

Step 4

Pass the garlic through a press, or finely chop with a knife. Whisk all the products necessary for making the sauce with a blender. Season the salad with the prepared dressing and serve.
