Delicious food for every day: boiled meat pate

Required Ingredients:

- 500 g beef fillet;

- 100 g of butter;

- 1 teaspoon of wheat flour;

- 50 g of mild cheese (optional);

- ½ glass of milk;

- salt.

Rinse the meat, remove the films and tendons and boil in one piece until tender.

Boiled meat will turn out to be much softer and more tender if you rub it with mustard powder a few hours before cooking and then rinse it under running water.

Remove the cooked meat from the broth, cut into small pieces and pass three times through a meat grinder with a fine wire rack. Cool the broth (if you do not know where to put it), pour it into a clean dish, cover and refrigerate: it will be useful for preparing other dishes.

Boil milk, add wheat flour mixed with 1 tbsp. spoon of butter, and simmer for about 2-3 minutes with constant stirring over low heat. Combine the cooled milk sauce with chopped meat and the remaining softened butter. Season with salt to taste. Add grated cheese if desired and beat well with a fork. Shape the pate and refrigerate.

Roast chicken: homemade recipe

Required Ingredients:

- 700 g chicken fillet;

- 2 heads of onions;

- ¾ glass of meat broth;

- 100 g of butter;

- 100 ml of dry wine;

- 200 g sour cream;

- 1.5 kg of potatoes;

- 1-2 bay leaves;

- 5-7 peas of black pepper;

- salt;

- parsley and / or dill.

Cut the peeled potatoes into cubes and lightly fry in oil until light golden brown.

By eating just 300 grams of potatoes a day, you provide your body with a daily requirement of carbohydrates, potassium and phosphorus.

Peel the onions, cut into rings and also fry. Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces and fry on all sides in boiling oil. Transfer the chicken to a clay pot, iron pot, or heavy-bottomed saucepan. Top with potatoes and then fried onions. Add salt, black pepper, bay leaf and cover with meat broth.

A great addition to this dish will be a salad made from fresh vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, cabbage, etc.

Place the roast in an oven preheated to 180 ° C and simmer for 30 minutes. Pour in dry wine about 15-20 minutes before cooking.

Before serving, pour sour cream over the prepared roast and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh or dried herbs.
