It's hard to find someone who doesn't like flavored pizza. Making homemade pizza is not as difficult as it might seem. Pizza according to this recipe can be done by any, even a novice housewife.

- 1 glass of warm water;
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast;
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil.
- For filling:
- 2 - 3 tablespoons of tomato paste;
- mayonnaise (to taste, you can do without it);
- 1 - 2 fresh tomatoes;
- about 100 grams of mushrooms (champignons);
- 300 - 400 grams of chicken fillet, minced meat, sausage or ham (depending on preference).
- 1 large or 2 small onions;
- 100 grams of hard or processed cheese (to taste);
- greens to taste (dill, parsley, green onions, basil).
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare pizza dough. To do this, pour all dry ingredients into a deep bowl: 1 cup sifted flour, yeast, salt and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly. Add 1 glass of warm water, vegetable oil. Stir thoroughly again. The dough will still be liquid. Add 1 more glass of flour. If necessary, add flour so that the dough stops sticking to your hands, knead thoroughly.
Step 2
After that, the dough needs to be slightly spaced (at this time, you can just prepare the filling). To do this, you can put the dough in the microwave and turn on the defrosting mode for 3 to 5 minutes. The main thing is not to overexpose so that the dough does not dry out.
Step 3
Prepare the ingredients for the filling. Wash tomatoes, mushrooms, peel onions. Cut tomatoes into slices (or semicircles), cut mushrooms into slices, onion rings. Chop the herbs finely.
Step 4
Put onion with mushrooms in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil and sauté for a few minutes.
Step 5
Fry the minced meat until half cooked. If instead of minced chicken fillet, turkey - boil, cut in a convenient way. Cut the sausage or ham into cubes or in any other way.
Step 6
Line the pizza form (baking sheet, special form, frying pan) with baking paper (so that later it is easier to wash and the dough does not stick, grease it with vegetable oil.

Roll out the dough, put on a mold, brush with tomato paste, you can mix it with mayonnaise. Lay out the filling in layers: tomatoes, minced meat (meat, sausage, ham), mushrooms with onions, herbs. It can be in a different sequence to taste. You can also add mayonnaise on top, with a mesh. Bake at 200 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 8
Grate hard or melted cheese. After 15 - 20 minutes, sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese. The portion of cheese can be increased to taste. when the cheese is melted, check the readiness of the dough. When the dough is ready, the pizza can be removed from the oven. Cover gently with a towel for a few minutes. Cut into pieces and serve hot or cold.
