Real fishermen eat fish soup with wooden spoons so as not to burn their lips, or drink in mugs. Fishing fish soup, cooked from freshly caught fish, is both tasty and healing, has a tonic effect.
It is necessary
- - 250 grams of small fish (minnows, roaches, undergrowths)
- - 300 grams of spikes
- - 100 grams of potatoes
- - 1 tablespoon millet
- - 1 medium carrot
- - one head of onion
- - pepper and salt
- - 2 eggs
- - dill
Instructions
Step 1
Put the peeled fish in a shallow saucepan (kettle) and cook for about 30-40 minutes. Determine the broth for a while and then strain. Throw away the boiled small fish, and pour the broth into a larger bowl and put on fire.
Step 2
Put 2 squirrels in the soup (this will make the fish soup more transparent), strain and put potatoes, cut into slices, millet and salt.
Step 3
When the fish soup starts to boil (about 15-20 minutes later), add the primers to it (if they are large, then you can cut them into pieces, and if the fish is small, you can lay it whole). At the same time, put carrots, cut into slices, onions and add a little ground red pepper (to taste).
