Tatlysy yoghurt is so named because it contains natural yoghurt. It turns out to be very tasty, tender. Thanks to sorbet, it just melts in your mouth.

- - 1 bag of baking powder
- - 4 tbsp. l. margarine
- - 1 glass of flour
- - 1 glass of semolina
- - 0, 5 pcs. lemon juice
- - 0, 5 pcs. lemon zest
- - 1, 5 cups of yogurt
- - 4 cups granulated sugar
- - 4 eggs
- - 3 glasses of water
- - coconut flakes
Instructions
Step 1
Stir the yolks with the sugar first. Add semolina, flour, yogurt, lemon juice and zest, melted margarine and baking powder. Mix everything well.
Step 2
In another bowl, beat the egg whites with a mixer. Stir the egg whites into the dough gently.
Step 3
Place in a baking sheet or baking dish. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Step 4
Make a syrup. Stir the granulated sugar with water and cook over medium heat until boiling.
Step 5
Pour sugar syrup on hot cake. When cool, cut into triangles or squares and sprinkle with coconut.
