An omelet is a French dish made with beaten eggs and milk. There is a legend that one emperor got very hungry on a campaign and in a nearby village poor people prepared a dish for him out of everything they had. And so everyone's favorite omelet turned out. An omelette in a bag is made very simply and, most importantly, quickly. Well, in the end it is very tasty.

Instructions
Step 1
Put a saucepan with about 1 liter of water and bring to a boil. While our water is boiling, we proceed to the next stage of preparation. Beat eggs and milk well with a mixer for 2-3 minutes until a rich foam is obtained.
Step 2
We take two plastic bags and test them for strength. This is done so that they can withstand the milk and egg mass. Then we first pour the whole mass into one bag, tie it well. Then we put this bag in another bag and tie it too. Put in a saucepan with water and simmer for 30 minutes. No special supervision of the package is required, during these 30 minutes you can go about your business.
Step 3
After cooking, carefully remove the bag from the water and let it cool slightly. The cooked omelet should be immediately laid out on plates and served.
