Ingredients
- 2 chicken eggs
- 1 tomato
- 50 g doctor's sausage
- 20 g hard cheese
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Cooking instructions
- Break the chicken eggs into a deep bowl, add salt.
- Beat 2 eggs until foamy. You can use a mixer for this. The mass should be fluffy.
- Pour the egg mass into a preheated frying pan greased with vegetable oil. Cover the omelet with a lid.
- The omelet should be cooked over low heat for 2-3 minutes. After that, you will have to turn it over with a spatula. Another 2 minutes and you can turn off the stove.
- Wash the tomato. Cut into small cubes.
- Cut the sausage into cubes of the same size as the tomatoes.
- Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
- Combine tomatoes, sausage and cheese in one bowl. This will become the filling of the omelet.
- Place the omelet on a flat plate. Pour the prepared assorted on it. Fold the pancake in half.
