Turkey fillets are usually somewhat dry. Apples will help to make it juicier, and rosemary will give the dish a piquant taste and aroma.
It is necessary
- - 3 pieces of turkey thigh fillet (800 grams);
- - 1 apple;
- - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary;
- - 1 teaspoon dried garlic powder;
- - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- - 1/2 teaspoon of salt;
- - 3 bay leaves;
- - 30 grams of butter.
Instructions
Step 1
Place three bay leaves on the bottom of a ceramic or glass baking dish. Prepare a dry mixture of salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary. Grate the washed and dried turkey fillet with this mixture on all sides, put it in a mold, close the lid and put it in the refrigerator for several hours, or better - overnight.
Step 2
Cut the apple into 8 slices, cut the core. Take out the turkey dish, spread the apples, skin side up, between the fillet pieces. Place a slice of butter on each piece of turkey. Put the form in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 30-40 minutes; watch the turkey for crusting, and if it gets too dark, cover the tin with foil and bake until tender.
Step 3
When serving, cut the fillet across the fibers, garnish with baked apples, boiled potatoes, pour over the juice formed during baking. Delicious both hot and cold.
