An original and delicious dish. Pieces of mousse just melt in your mouth. This dish looks best on a table with toast and butter.
It is necessary
- - 200 g fresh salmon, cut into slices, without veins and bones
- - 250 g smoked salmon, cut into slices, no veins or bones
- - 250 g cream, lightly whipped
- - 7 g gelatin
- - 1 tsp. lemon juice
- - salt pepper
- - greens
- Wine jelly
- - 10 g gelatin
- - 200 g dry white wine
- - salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
Thoroughly mix fresh salmon and half serving smoked salmon using a blender or mixer. Add lemon juice with cream to your taste. Mix thoroughly with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Soak gelatin in cool water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out excess water and melt in a bowl, placing it in a saucepan of boiling water. Add the dissolved gelatin to the salmon mixture.
Step 3
Place the rest of the smoked salmon in the bottom of special baking bowls. Fill containers with salmon mixture and refrigerate for 5 hours.
Step 4
Make white wine jelly. Soak gelatin in cool water for 12 minutes. Remove from water and squeeze. Heat the wine, add melted gelatin to it. Pour gelatin into a small dish and refrigerate.
Step 5
Place the mousse on a serving platter, garnish with herbs and wine jelly.
