An alternative to kebabs can be a delicious, smoke-smelling, hunting chicken. Even a beginner can cook this wonderful dish in all respects, since there is nothing complicated here - see for yourself. Hunting chicken can be cooked both outdoors and at home.
It is necessary
- - garlic croutons - 270 g;
- - canned beans - 1 can;
- - finely chopped champignons - 200 g;
- - oregano leaves - 1 tablespoon;
- - coarsely chopped capers - 2 tablespoons;
- - white wine - 2 glasses;
- - tomato sauce - 700 g;
- - finely chopped garlic - 6 cloves;
- - red onions - 3 pcs;
- - chicken thighs - 1.7 kg;
- - olive oil - 60 ml.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour oil into a deep cauldron or saucepan with a thick bottom and put on fire, warm up.
Step 2
Remove the bones and skin from the chicken thighs and then cut the meat into large pieces. Place the pieces on a preheated cauldron or in a saucepan and fry for 10 minutes. Add pepper and salt at the very end.
Step 3
Next, pour in wine, tomato sauce, add oregano, capers. Mix everything well. Reduce temperature to low.
Step 4
Continue simmering for another 40 minutes until the sauce thickens. Then add the mushrooms and simmer, stirring occasionally, for another 10 minutes. The mushrooms should be soft.
Step 5
Serve the cooked hunter-style chicken with the beans as a side dish and garlic croutons.
