It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 400 g of condensed milk;
  • - 3 glasses of flour;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 1 teaspoon of baking soda;
  • - 1, 5 teaspoons of vinegar;
  • For the cream:
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1, 5 cups of sugar;
  • - 0.5 liters of milk;
  • - 20 g vanilla sugar;
  • - 200 g of butter.

Instructions

Step 1

First, let's start preparing the cakes. Whisk the egg in a separate bowl, then pour in the condensed milk and beat again. Add soda slaked in vinegar, mix everything.

Step 2

Pour flour in small portions, mix well. The dough should be soft and elastic and not stick to your hands.

Step 3

Divide the dough into eight parts, roll each into a round layer according to the diameter of the pan, pierce them in several places with a fork. Fry each layer on both sides in a well-heated frying pan (if it is Teflon, you can fry the cakes without oil). As soon as bubbles appear on the surface of the dough, immediately turn the layer to the other side. It will take 1-2 minutes to fry one side.

Step 4

While the finished cakes are cooling, make a cream. To do this, beat eggs with sugar in a small bowl, then add vanilla sugar, milk, flour and stir. Place the saucepan with the cream on the fire, stirring continuously, and wait until the mixture thickens.

Step 5

Remove from heat, add oil to hot cream, stir well. Trim the cakes, rub the trims with your hands or grate. Assemble the cake, coat each cake well with hot cream, sprinkle with crumbs. Let the cake soak well and steep.
