- - 1 handful of cranberries
- - 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

- - 20 g gelatin

Step 1
Rinse the bananas well. Peel and break into a bowl. Mash with a fork. You should make a puree.

Put the oatmeal in a blender. Grind until crumbs appear. Add oat crumbs to the bananas. Add the pre-melted butter. Mix thoroughly with a fork. You should get a thick mass.

Take a baking sheet. Cover with several layers of special baking paper. Lubricate with vegetable oil.

Place the prepared mass on the foil. Form a rectangle 1 cm thick. Place in a preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. Take out the finished cake and cool.

Take a deep bowl and pour the cream into it. Add granulated sugar, stir and let it brew for 5 minutes. Put the cream on moderate heat, add the gelatin and heat. Stir the cream while heating. The gelatin should dissolve completely. Pour the prepared mass onto the oat cake and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Make strawberry jelly. Rinse the strawberries well. Take a deep saucepan and add water. Add granulated sugar and cranberries. Put on fire and bring to a boil. As soon as the water boils, add the strawberries. Cook for 5 minutes. Cool the resulting mass and grind in a blender. Strain through a sieve to remove seeds.
Step 7
Add gelatin to the strawberry mass and let it brew for 10 minutes. Pour the strawberry mixture over the cream and place the dish in the refrigerator until it solidifies.
Step 8
After hardening, cut the cake into equal cubes. Place dish on a plate. You can decorate with mint leaves. It turns out a very delicate and delicious dessert.
