Instructions
Step 1
Beat the softened (remove from the refrigerator in advance) butter into a light and fluffy cream with added sugar for 5 minutes. Then add vanilla sugar and yolk. Beat again until smooth.
Step 2
Sift flour with salt and baking powder. Combine dry and liquid dough ingredients and knead soft dough. Roll it into a ball, divide it into 2 parts, wrap each in plastic wrap and put it in the freezer for 1, 5 hours.
Step 3
Mix the chopped and peeled apples with sugar, lemon juice and flour in a small bowl and set aside.
Step 4
Heat the raspberry jam a little (you can use the microwave) to make it thinner.
Step 5
Grease a baking dish with butter and lightly sprinkle with flour. Put the oven to warm up to 200 degrees Celsius.
Step 6
After an hour and a half, remove the dough from the freezer. Grate half on a coarse grater directly into the prepared form. Put apples on top and spread jam on top of the pie with a teaspoon. Cover also with the grated second half of the dough.
Step 7
Put in the oven for 45 minutes. Cool completely and only then cut into portions.
