    • carrots 1pc;
    • a clove of garlic;
    • a mixture of herbs;
    • ground black pepper;
    • Bay leaf;
    • salt;
    • vegetable oil;
    • greens.

Instructions

Step 1

Take rice and rinse it in cold water. Pour 2 cups of water into a saucepan, pour rice into it and set to cook. Stir the rice constantly during cooking so that it does not burn and stick to the bottom of the pan. When it's half done, drain the water and let it cool.

Step 2

Take chilled minced meat, salt, pepper and add spices, a mixture of garlic, oregano, basil and thyme is perfect. Add rice to the meat and mix everything thoroughly.

Then take onions, peel them, rinse and cut into small cubes. Peel the carrots, wash and grate on a coarse grater. Put the vegetables prepared in this way in a pan, add a little vegetable oil and fry until half cooked.

Step 4

Wash the tomatoes and make a cross cut in each. Then carefully so as not to scald them, pour boiling water over them and remove the skin. Grate the tomato pulp. Add the resulting tomato puree to the cooked vegetables, simmer for about 10 minutes.

After that, take the minced meat with rice and pour half a glass of vegetable sauce into it. Mix everything well.

Next, prepare the bell pepper. To do this, carefully cut the stalk of the vegetable and remove all seeds from it. Wash the peeled peppers and stuff with a mixture of minced meat, rice and vegetables.

Step 7

Put the stuffed vegetables in a saucepan, pour in the remaining sauce and about two liters of salted boiled water. Put on fire and simmer for 40-45 minutes. Add bay leaf to the peppers 20 minutes before cooking and add finely chopped garlic before removing the pan from heat. A delicious dish is ready.
