This sweet sausage with filling will appeal to both adults and children.
It is necessary
- - biscuits - 500 g
- - butter - 200 g
- - sugar - 1 glass
- - milk - ½ cup
- - cocoa - 4 tsp
- - curd cheese - 2 pcs. (100 g each)
- - dried apricots - 100 g
- - pine nut kernel - 30 g
Instructions
Step 1
Pour milk into a cup, add sugar and cocoa. Heat over low heat until all ingredients are completely dissolved. Remove from heat, stir and leave to cool while preparing the cookie mass.
Step 2
Grind the cookies to the state of crumbs (the smaller the pieces are, the more tender the sausage will turn out). Beat the butter (pre-melted) with a blender, add the mixture of cookies and milk (which has already cooled to room temperature).
Step 3
Mix everything well until a dense homogeneous consistency. You should get a dense dough, which must be placed in a plastic bag and rolled into a layer. To give the dough a stiffer structure, it should be placed in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. While the cooling process is in progress, prepare dried apricots. To do this, rinse it, cut into small pieces and pour boiling water over for 5-10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the cooled mass from the bag. Put curd curds and dried apricots on a layer of dough closer to the edge in a neat layer. Roll up like a regular roll (so that the filling of dried apricots and cottage cheese is in the center). Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped cedar kernels on top and cut into 1 cm slices.
