The sailfish got its “ship” name due to its high and long dorsal fin. When it unfolds, it becomes like a sail. The halo of the sailboat's habitat is only warm waters, in fact, therefore the fish meat is completely lean and has a mild delicate taste.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of fillet meat of "sailing" fish;
- - 9 pcs of citrus lime;
- - 200 g of fresh tomato (1 piece is possible);
- - 0.5 tsp sea salt;
- - 1 tsp. freshly ground red pepper;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 2 pieces of jalapinha peppers;
- - 3 pieces of green onions;
- - 2 tbsp. l. sesame oil;
- - ¼ bunch of green cilantro.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut fresh fish (you can take a ready-made fillet). Then cut the fish fillet into small squares about 1 * 1 cm in size.
Step 2
Marinate the chopped fillet as follows: pour the pieces of "sailing" fish with freshly squeezed lime juice and send to the refrigerator for a short period (6-8 hours is enough), stir from time to time.
Step 3
After 6-8 hours, take out the fish meat and drain the marinade, while squeezing the pieces lightly by hand.
Step 4
Add the remaining ingredients to the fish products, but before that chop the garlic, chop the jalapinha peppers, green onions, tomatoes and finely chop the cilantro.
Step 5
After cooking, let the fish infuse a little in the refrigerator. Serve chilled fish.
