The mushroom salad, the recipe for which we will now discuss, is simple to prepare, but very tasty. Some people say that the dish is a worthy substitute for the famous Olivier salad. It is difficult to judge whether it is true or not, try to prepare a salad with mushrooms according to this recipe and decide for yourself.

To create a dish you will need:

  • 1 can of canned mushrooms;
  • 1 can of red canned beans Choose a product without adding tomato paste.
  • 3 chicken eggs;
  • 2 small onions;
  • Mayonnaise, spices, salt and herbs to taste.

Mushroom salad is prepared as follows:

  1. Open a jar of mushrooms, discard the product in a colander, let the liquid drain. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces, place in a preheated pan and dry a little. Then place the product in a deep plate.

To prepare a dish, take:

  • 200 g of fresh mushrooms;
  • 300 g of boiled chicken fillet;
  • 200 g canned pineapple;
  • 100 g raw rice;
  • 1 small onion;
  • 1 tbsp. l. mustard;
  • Vegetable oil for frying;
  • Lemon juice, mayonnaise and parsley to taste.

Mushroom salad is prepared like this:

  1. Cook the rice following the instructions on the product packaging. Cool the finished cereal.
  2. Peel the onion, cut it as small as possible. Preheat a frying pan, pour vegetable oil on it, put the prepared onion.
  3. Wash the mushrooms, dry, cut into thin plates, put in a skillet with the onion, fry the vegetables together for 5-7 minutes.
  4. Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small cubes.
  5. Open the pineapple jar, drain the syrup. Cut the fruit into small cubes if necessary.
  6. Combine all the ingredients in one bowl: mushrooms, fried with onions, rice, pineapple and chicken. Add chopped parsley if desired. Toss the chicken and mushroom salad. If the appetizer is still warm, cool it down.
