If you love making sandwiches for breakfast, you can make delicious chicken breast pork as a substitute for the usual sausage.   • - vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. l.;

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the chicken breast with the skin under running water and pat dry with paper towels.

Step 2

In a small bowl, combine all the spices - hot and sweet red peppers, black ground pepper, dried garlic and salt. Pour vegetable oil (olive or sunflower) into the resulting mixture, mix until smooth.

Step 3

With the resulting oily mass, rub the breast well on all sides and leave for 1-2 hours so that the meat is properly marinated. After that, put the workpiece in double foil and wrap the edges so that there are no gaps.

Step 4

When the time is up, turn on the oven and set the temperature to 170 degrees. Once the oven has warmed up, place the foil-wrapped breast on a baking sheet or baking dish and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 5

Then remove the breast from the oven, remove the foil and let the meat cool. Then put it in a bowl, cover or wrap with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 6

Ready baked pork can be cut into portions, put on bread and served for breakfast. And also such an appetizer can be supplemented with cold cuts or make various salads from it.
