Boiled chicken breast salad with fried mushrooms and vegetables is an original and tasty dish that will appeal to all households and will surprise your guests. Thanks to the fried mushrooms and mayonnaise, the chicken will not seem lean.

- 400 gr. chicken breast
- 3 eggs
- 200 gr. pickled gherkins
- 300 gr. fresh champignons
- 1 onion
- 3 medium potatoes
- dill
- 200 gr. mayonnaise
- salt
- vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the chicken breast with slightly salted water until tender.
Step 2
Cut the cooled meat into cubes.
Step 3
Hard-boiled eggs, cool and grate.
Step 4
Cut the gherkins into cubes.
Step 5
Chop the mushrooms and onion and fry in vegetable oil over high heat for 10 minutes.
Then close the lid and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Open the lid, add heat, salt and let the excess liquid evaporate from the mushrooms.
Cool the ready mushrooms.
Step 7
Boil jacket potatoes, peel and cut into cubes.
Step 8
Combine all salad ingredients: chicken, eggs, gherkins, fried mushrooms and potatoes.
