Salmon noodles are an unusual and original dish. The recipe is simple to execute, but tastes divine. Ideal when you want to pamper yourself and your loved ones.
It is necessary
- - 3 tbsp. l. red curry paste
- - 400 ml coconut milk
- - 2 x 150 g salmon fillet
- - 125 g rice noodles
- - 2 heads of pak choy cabbage (split leaves)
Instructions
Step 1
Fry the curry paste for 30 seconds in a dry saucepan, then add the coconut milk and bring to a boil. Add fish, cover and cook for 3 minutes.
Step 2
Boil salted water in a saucepan, add noodles and stir. Remove from heat and let stand for 4 minutes.
Step 3
Place the cabbage in the fish saucepan and cook for another 3 minutes, until the salmon is cooked and the cabbage is tender.
Step 4
Place the noodles in a colander and place in 2 bowls. Top with cabbage leaves and fish. Pour the sauce over and serve.
