  • - young spinach - 300 g;
  • - sour cream - 250 g;

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to boil wide noodles in boiling salted water, in time, in accordance with the instructions on the package. Next, fold the noodles in a colander and let the water drain completely.

Then wash the salmon fillets thoroughly, pat dry with a tea towel and cut into small pieces, about two centimeters in size.

Fry the resulting salmon pieces until golden brown in half the amount of olive oil.

Step 4

In the remaining half of the olive oil, lightly fry the finely chopped fresh young spinach, then add the entire amount of sour cream, mix well, put the already fried pieces of salmon in the sauce and simmer for five minutes over low heat.

Season the resulting sour cream sauce with salmon and spinach with two tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice and black pepper to taste. Place the boiled noodles in the sauce and stir well.

The resulting hearty, healthy and original dish is recommended to be served immediately after preparation, laid out in portioned plates and garnished with herbs and fresh vegetables as desired. To compensate for the lack of vitamin D, dishes with salmon are recommended to be consumed a couple of times a week.
