There are a lot of recipes for making fish soup, for example, you can make a light soup or an original one by adding mussels to the salmon.

Salmon soup recipe
We will need:
- 350 g salmon;
- 120 g each of carrots, leeks, potatoes;
- 50 g of tomatoes;
- dill, lemon.
Cut the salmon into fillet pieces. Boil the broth from the head, skin, bones. Cut carrots, fry in vegetable oil. Cut the leeks into rings, fry with the tomatoes. Cut the potatoes into wedges, simmer until half cooked. Put vegetables with salmon slices in a boiling strained fish broth, cook until tender with a low boil. Decorate your finished first course with dill and a slice of peeled lemon.
Step 2
Salmon and mussel soup recipe
We will need:
- 750 g salmon fillet;
- 500 ml of dry white wine;
- 500 ml of cream;
- 70 g of mussels in shells;
- 5 st. tablespoons of flour, oil;
- 2 liters of fish broth and mussel juice;
- white pepper, salt, saffron.
Boil the mussels in white wine, the shells should open. Set aside the mussels, strain the juice. Make a thick paste from butter and flour, add mussel juice, pour in fish broth. Add cream, boil for twenty minutes. Add salt, white pepper and saffron. Cut the salmon fillet into pieces, boil in the soup. Peel the mussels, add to the soup a couple of minutes until tender. Do not remove a few mussels from the shells - leave to decorate the finished dish.

Whatever recipe you decide to cook the soup, it will turn out to be very satisfying and tasty. If you wish, you can decorate the salmon soup with any fresh herbs, add garlic for spiciness.
