- Pilaf with noodles:
- vermicelli - 0.5 tbsp.;
- couscous - 1 tbsp.;
- meat - 200-300 g;
- meat broth - 1, 5-2 tbsp.;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- garlic - 1-2 cloves
- salt to taste;
- cinnamon - to taste;
- vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Lasagna with noodles Cut the onion into thin half rings and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Coarsely grate the carrots and mix with the onions. Simmer everything under the lid for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a dry frying pan and heat the noodles on it, then add a little oil to it and fry until it turns golden.
Step 3
Boil the salted water and boil the fried noodles in it. Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Grease the dish with butter and put the noodles in it, then the onions with carrots, sprinkle everything with grated cheese and chopped herbs. Bake the lasagne in the oven for 20 minutes.

Noodle Soup Wash the pork in cold water, pat dry with paper towels and cut into small pieces. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the meat in it until golden brown.
Step 6
Peel and wash the potatoes and cut them into equal cubes. Place the potatoes in a pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Send the meat to the pan and cook for 15 minutes.

Chop the onions into small pieces and chop the carrots into coarse strips. Fry vegetables in vegetable oil. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and simmer with carrots and onions for 10 minutes. Put the stewed vegetables and noodles in the broth and cook for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle the prepared noodle soup with pepper and chopped herbs, serve with white bread.

Pilaf with noodles Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan, fry the noodles and onion chopped into thin rings. When the food is golden brown, pour over the meat broth and bring to a boil. Add couscous and garlic to the noodles, salt, add cinnamon and cook over low heat. Once the water is absorbed, turn off the heat, cover the pilaf with a lid and let stand for 15 minutes. Serve noodles pilaf with olives, fresh herbs, vegetable salad.
