  • Cottage cheese - 500 grams;
  • Candied fruits - 150 grams;
  • Chicken egg - 2 pieces;
  • Granulated sugar - 3 tbsp. l;
  • Baking flour - 4 tbsp. l;
  • Vanillin - 1 sachet;
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • Margarine - as needed;
  1. We take chicken eggs, cottage cheese, granulated sugar, baking flour, put in a bowl.
  2. Then we pass all the ingredients through a blender (beat until fluffy).
  3. Add salt and vanillin, mix.
  4. We wash the candied fruits in water and add to our mixture, mix.
  5. We take a frying pan (or mast) grease it with margarine.
  6. Put the resulting mass in a frying pan.
  7. We send the dessert to bake in the oven for 30 minutes, the temperature should be about 200 degrees.
