The presence of puff pastry in the refrigerator allows you to bake something tasty for tea in just a few minutes. Chopped walnuts can be used as a filling.
It is necessary
- Ingredients for 12 servings:
- - a sheet of puff pastry (about 30 x 40 cm);
- - 200 gr. chopped walnut;
- - 100 gr. Sahara;
- - 50 ml of anise liqueur (optional).
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the walnuts and sugar. Add anise liqueur if desired to get a homogeneous mass.
Step 2
Roll out the puff pastry on the working surface so that 12 rectangles measuring 10 by 15 cm are obtained from it.
Step 3
Visually divide the rectangles into 3 parts, lay out the filling on one of them, stepping back 0.5 cm from the edges of the dough.
Step 4
We roll up the dough with the filling, put it on a baking sheet and put it in the refrigerator until the oven heats up to 190C.
Step 5
We bake the cookies for 20 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar for decoration.
