It is necessary

  • -500 g flour;
  • -200 g margarine (or butter);
  • -1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
  • -150 ml of milk;
  • -1 teaspoon of vanillin;
  • -2 eggs;
  • -2 teaspoons of baking powder.
  • For the cream:
  • -1 can of condensed milk;
  • - liquid honey;
  • -200 g butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Put the margarine out of the refrigerator beforehand to soften. Mash eggs with sugar until white, add margarine and milk. Mix everything. Sift flour and add to the mixture with margarine. Also add baking powder, vanillin for the dough.

Step 2

Knead the dough (not very steep), divide it into small balls and refrigerate for 1 hour. Pass the cooled dough through a meat grinder. Place the dough on a baking sheet, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Preheat the oven to 160-180 degrees and put a baking sheet with the dough.

Step 3

Bake until golden brown for 20-25 minutes. Mash soft butter, add condensed milk and knead until smooth. Break the finished shortbread dough into pieces and mix thoroughly with the cream. Place in a slide and leave the cake in the refrigerator overnight to soak.
