Then add chicken eggs to this mass. Beat eggs one at a time and beat thoroughly with a mixer after each. Next, add vanilla sugar, all milk, brandy and sifted flour to the resulting mass. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Next, take walnuts, put them on a baking sheet and dry them in the oven. You need to dry it for no more than 10 minutes. After which it will be much easier to remove the shell from them. Remove the shells and chop the nuts into small pieces.

Take the chocolate and also chop it into very small pieces (rub on a coarse grater). Add nuts and chocolate to the dough. Mix thoroughly and pour the dough into tins, which are greased with vegetable oil. Place them in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
