It is necessary

  • Medium rabbit - about 1.5 kg,
  • carrots - 3 things,
  • potatoes - 3 things,
  • onion - 2 pieces,
  • dry white wine - 150 ml,
  • thyme - a few twigs,
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • garlic - 3 cloves,
  • lavrushka - 1 leaf,
  • salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel three cloves of garlic and pass them through a garlic press.

Finely chop the thyme sprigs and knead with garlic and salt (about a teaspoon of salt is needed).

Step 2

We wash and dry the rabbit, cut into pieces. Rub the meat with a mixture of salt and pepper. In a deep saucepan, heat the butter and add a little vegetable to it. Fry the meat until golden brown. Transfer the fried meat to a bowl or plate.

Step 3

Pour wine into a saucepan and after 30 seconds add 350 ml of boiled hot water. Add the garlic mixture and stir. We transfer pieces of rabbit to a saucepan, cover with a lid and simmer for about 45 minutes over low heat.

Step 4

Cut the peeled onions into thin half rings.

Three peeled carrots on a grater.

Cut the peeled potatoes into small cubes.

Step 5

Add vegetables to the stew (after 45 minutes) and stir. Cook for another 20 minutes (vegetables should be ready).

Step 6

While the vegetables are cooking, rinse the green beans and boil them for five minutes. We drain the water from the pan. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the stew to the pot for the beans. We put on a small fire.

We boil the sauce in a saucepan, it should evaporate by half. Stir in butter (one teaspoon) and stir.

We lay out the stew on plates and serve along with the sauce.
