- - 300 ml of milk;
- - 10 g of coconut;
- - 100 g of milk rice;
- - 2 bananas;
- - 1 small egg;
- - 125 ml orange juice;
- - 1/2 medium papaya;
- - 125 g lychee;
- - 0.25 medium melon.
Instructions
Step 1
First, you need to cook the base - milky viscous rice porridge. To do this, boil the rice in water according to the instructions on the package, and then add hot milk in small portions to the finished rice over low heat, stirring constantly. Therefore, use up all the milk. You should get a very viscous mass.
Step 2
Divide the egg into white and yolk. Cut the bananas into thin strips and add to the rice along with the yolk. To stir thoroughly.
Step 3
Beat the protein separately until peaks and stir into the porridge. Divide the mass into prepared molds moistened with cold water and refrigerate.
Step 4
Cut all fruits into medium cubes. Bring orange juice to a boil on the stove or in a microwave, remove from heat and add fruit there.
Step 5
Turn the banana rice tins onto a serving plate and top with the fruit sauce - salad.
