Fruit salad is ideal for breakfast, it does not take a long time to prepare and will fill the body with energy for the whole day.
Instructions
Step 1
White Night salad.
Ingredients:
- bananas - 70 gr.;
- grapes - 150 gr.;
- pomegranate - 50 gr.
- yogurt - 100 ml
For the salad, fill the salad bowl 1/3 full with grapes, then add the sliced banana. Pour yogurt liberally over everything. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds on top.
Step 2
"Chocolate" salad with banana
Ingredients:
- bananas - 4 pcs.;
- dry chocolate (cocoa) - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
- crushed nuts;
- cocoa;
- whipped cream to taste.
Peel bananas and roll them in grated chocolate or cocoa, sprinkle with nuts. Place bananas in a salad bowl, top with whipped cream.
Step 3
"Salad with banana and melon"
Ingredients:
- bananas - 4 pcs.;
- melon - 1 pc.;
- honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- walnuts - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Cut the bananas into slices, chop the melon into cubes and transfer to a dish. Pour the fruit with a mixture of honey and juice, sprinkle with nuts.
