Various desserts, casseroles, juices and drinks are prepared from them. Fruit salads are also very popular in the summer diet. There are a lot of recipes for such dishes. Here is one of them.

It is necessary

    • 1 banana;
    • 1 kiwi;
    • 200 g fresh strawberries;
    • 1 apple;
    • lemon juice;
    • 5-6 apricots;
    • 1 pineapple or watermelon;
    • cinnamon on the tip of a knife;
    • creamy yogurt;
    • 0, 5 tbsp. water
    • a third of a glass of sugar;
    • mint or lemon balm leaves.

Step 1

Peel the banana and kiwi. Cut strawberries, apricots, apple, banana and kiwi into small equal pieces. Sprinkle the apples with a little lemon juice. Remove seeds and seeds.

If you chose a watermelon for cooking, cut it in half. Carefully remove all the flesh so that the rind of the watermelon remains intact. Arrange the edges of the cut with neat teeth.

Watermelon pulp is not needed for this salad. It can be eaten raw, carefully cut into small cubes, juiced, or used as you like.

Step 4

Place fruits and berries in a watermelon basket. Add cinnamon and mix with yogurt. Such a dessert is not stored for a long time, so you need to eat it right away.

If you chose pineapple, proceed as follows. Remove the top with the leaves and cut the fruit lengthwise to make two identical halves. Remove the pulp carefully, taking care not to damage the skin. Cut the pulp into pieces, like the rest of the salad ingredients.

Make sugar syrup. Take half a glass of water and a third of a glass of sugar. Bring to a boil over low heat to dissolve the sugar. Stir so that nothing burns. The syrup should thicken slightly. Then add a few drops of lemon juice. Let cool.

In a deep bowl, combine fruits and berries, pour syrup on top. Spread the finished salad in pineapple halves. Top can be decorated with lemon balm or mint leaves.
