  • - 100 g flour;

  • - a teaspoon of vanilla sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour 100 grams of sifted flour into a bowl, add softened butter, add a teaspoon of vanilla sugar, four tablespoons of powdered sugar and mix thoroughly with your hands. The mass should turn out to be loose and easily separate from the walls of the dishes. Set aside and let stand for a while.

Step 2

Line the bottom of the baking dish with parchment paper and lay out the dough, evenly distributing, creating small sides with a height of one and a half centimeters. Send the form with the dough to the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Beat 3 yolks with a whisk until smooth. Add a spoonful of powdered sugar, a pinch of salt, a tablespoon of butter, lemon zest, a little lemon juice and mix thoroughly. Put 400 g of processed cheese into the resulting mixture and mix again.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, beat the whites until the consistency of liquid sour cream, add the powdered sugar. Mix the previously prepared filling with proteins. Stir gently with a spoon from bottom to top.

Step 5

Remove the mold with the cooled dough from the refrigerator, crumble the oatmeal cookies and pour the filling on top. Place the cheesecake in an oven heated to 180 ° C for 35-40 minutes.
