Step 1

First you need to separate the whites from the yolks. We beat the whites until foam forms, it is better to use a mixer in this case. In the future, 4 egg yolks, 200 g of sugar and the juice of half a lemon, mix everything and thoroughly grind until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then carefully add the whipped whites into this mixture. Next, sifted flour is added. It must be sieved. Firstly, a uniform density is obtained, and the flour is saturated with oxygen, which affects the baking, it becomes more airy. Add ghee last. Knead the resulting dough. Transfer the dough into a greased form. The best form option is a detachable form for cakes. You can line the bottom of the form with baking paper.

Step 2

The pie is baked in the oven. The mode is used as follows: 40-45 minutes, temperature 180 degrees. The readiness of the cake must be checked with a toothpick. If the toothpick remains clean, then the cake is ready. The cake is still in the form, you need to cool a little to gently remove it from there. You need to wait 5-10 minutes. Remove carefully from the mold, transfer to a large plate.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Pour it evenly over the top of the cake. Decorate the cake with chopped or whole nuts. For decoration, you can use chocolate or coconut flakes. Divide the pie into portions and serve.
