The exact time and place of origin of this dessert could not be found. Only the origin of the name is known, which came from the similarity of the cake with an anthill along which ants run like along a slope. Each housewife has her own recipe for this cake and it can vary depending on your preferences.
It is necessary
- -1 can of condensed milk
- -1 cup of sugar
- - 400 g butter
- -200 g flour
- -100 g starch
- -2 eggs
- -10 medium apricots
Instructions
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites. The proteins can be removed, we don't need them.
Step 2
Melt butter and add sugar. Stir until sugar is completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into another container and remove from the stove.
Step 3
Add proteins to the resulting oil-sugar mixture and beat until foamy.
Step 4
Mix flour with starch and add slowly to the mixture. Stir well so that no lumps of flour remain.
Step 5
Knead the resulting dough well and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Scroll the dough in a meat grinder and bake the resulting "stripes" on a baking sheet, greased with butter, at a temperature of 180 degrees. Bake until golden brown on top.
Step 7
Break the resulting shortbread into small pieces.
Step 8
Boil condensed milk for 2 hours. Then cool it down. Mix with 200 g of butter, beat well.
Step 9
Cut 5-6 apricots into small pieces.
Step 10
Mix the condensed milk with the biscuits and chopped apricots. Form a slide from the resulting mass and put on a dish.
Step 11
Beat the remaining apricots in a blender with 1 tsp. sugar and 50 g of butter. Pour the mixture over the cake.
Step 12
Put the cake in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to set. Serve with powdered sugar with tea.
