Ingredients:

  • 250 g of beans (you can take both canned and boiled);
  • one carrot and one onion;
  • champignons - 250 g;
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil (preferably odorless);
  • ground black pepper and salt;
  • medium bunch of dill.

Preparation:

  1. The first thing you need to do is prepare the beans. So, if you took it canned, then you just need to drain the liquid and that's it. In the event that the beans are fresh, they should be rinsed and then cooked on the stove in a saucepan with salted water. After it is ready, the remaining liquid will need to be drained and the beans should be allowed to cool.
  2. Champignons are best used fresh. They are washed and crushed with a sharp knife into sufficiently thin pieces or plates.
  3. Then you need to prepare the vegetables. To begin with, the peel is removed from them, then the carrots and onions are washed and cut into thin enough pieces. Onions can be cut into half rings.
  4. After that, oil is poured into the pan and it is placed on a preheated stove. When the oil is hot, add the prepared vegetables to the pan and reduce the heat. They are fried until half cooked. Then chopped mushrooms are added to them. Everything needs to be salted, pepper and fried until cooked. After that, the pan must be removed from the stove, and its contents must be cooled.
  5. Beans, as well as fried vegetables with mushrooms, should be poured into a sufficiently deep container. Don't forget to add finely chopped fresh dill. Then all the products are poured with the oil remaining in the pan and everything is mixed well. After that, the salad should be tasted for salt and, if necessary, add it.
  6. Delicious, and most importantly, a very healthy salad is ready. It is perfect for both breakfast and lunch. Its main advantage is that it is very satisfying and will energize you for the whole day.
