Asparagus bean salad will appeal to you and your loved ones. An easy-to-prepare snack can delight you all year round. It cooks very quickly, but it turns out incredibly tasty.
It is necessary
- - 1 kg of asparagus beans,
- - 1 kg tomato,
- - 200 g carrots,
- - 200 g onions,
- - 50 g of sunflower oil,
- - 3 bay leaves,
- - 15 peppercorns,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of salt
- - 1, 5 Art. tablespoons of sugar
- - 2 cloves of garlic,
- - 50 grams of greens (dill and parsley equally, medium bunch),
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar (9 percent).
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beans and cut into pieces 3-4 centimeters long. Cut the bean tails off and discard.
Step 2
Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
Step 3
Boil the beans for five minutes.
Step 4
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and place in a large saucepan, after boiling, simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
Step 5
Cut onions and carrots to taste, into cubes or strips. Fry in sunflower oil.
Step 6
After the tomatoes are soft, season them with salt, sugar, lavrushka and peppercorns. Also add onions, carrots, and beans to the tomatoes. Continue simmering on low heat for 20 minutes from the moment of boiling.
Step 7
Then add chopped dill and parsley, pour in two tablespoons of vinegar and garlic flakes. Simmer for five minutes. Lay out the workpiece in the prepared jars, tighten the lids, turn over, cover with a blanket, cool and put away for storage.
