Ingredients:

  • 300 g wheat flour;
  • 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon of clean water;
  • 200 g cream cheese (preferably mascarpone);
  • 300 g ripe strawberries;
  • 150 g butter;
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • vanillin - 2 g;
  • 30% cream - ¾ part of a glass;
  • 200 g of apricot jam.

Preparation:

  1. First you need to prepare the dough for the tartlets. It should be very tasty and crumbly. To do this, grind the slightly softened cow butter using a coarse grater. Vanillin, water, 1, 5 tablespoons of sugar, an egg are added to the resulting mass. Everything is mixed very thoroughly.
  2. Then wheat flour sifted through a sieve is poured into the resulting mass. Knead a sufficiently tough dough. It must be put in a plastic bag and left for a third of an hour.
  3. After that, you can start baking the tartlets themselves. The first step is to grease the tartlet tins with melted cow oil. Then dust them a little with flour. Next, you need to roll out the dough into a layer so that its thickness is not more than half a centimeter.
  4. After that, the resulting layer must be divided into squares with a sharp knife, the sides of which should be approximately equal to 15 centimeters. Then the dough squares must be put into the molds and tamped well, and the excess removed. Please note that there should be no air gaps between the dough and the baking dish.
  5. Then the dough needs to be chopped (a fork or toothpick is suitable for this), and inside you need to put a piece of baking paper and sprinkle the peas, this will help keep the tartlets in shape. Send them to an oven heated to 200 degrees. The tartlets will be ready in about a third of an hour.
  6. Beat the cheese a little. Combine granulated sugar with cream and whisk too. After that, the cheese mass is mixed with cream. This mixture must be filled in ready-made tartlets.
  7. Berries cut into thin slices are laid out on top. They are poured with a small amount of preheated jam.
