Meat salad recipe

This is a traditional meat salad that can be decorated and served in tartlets. To prepare it, you need to take the following components:

- 600 g of pork pulp;

- 3 boiled potatoes;

- 2-3 pickled cucumbers;

- 3 heads of onions;

- 5 hard boiled eggs;

- 250 g of hard cheese;

- 250-300 g of mayonnaise.

Rinse the meat and boil in salted water until tender. Then cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop finely. Then soak in cold water for 10 minutes. After this time, drain the water, and combine the onion with the meat.

Grate boiled potatoes on a coarse grater. Cut pickled or pickled cucumbers into cubes. Grate egg whites and cheese on a medium grater. Mix all the ingredients of the salad and season with mayonnaise. Place in tartlets and sprinkle finely grated egg white over the top of the meat salad.

You can make a meat salad using a different recipe. It will require:

- 1 kg of pork pulp;

- 600 g of onions;

- 500 g of carrots;

- 100 ml of 9% vinegar;

- black peppercorns;

- vegetable oil;

- salt;

- dill greens.

Wash the pork, pat dry with a towel, cut into pieces and fry in hot vegetable oil until golden brown. Peel the onions, chop in half rings and fry until golden brown. Wash the carrots thoroughly, peel, grate on a coarse grater and also fry.

Cut the cooled meat into strips, put in a saucepan, add onions, carrots, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly. Cover the pot with a lid and refrigerate for 10-12 hours. Before serving, place the meat salad in ready-made tartlets and garnish with chopped dill.

Inspiration salad recipe

To prepare a spicy "Inspiration" salad, you will need:

- 300 g of crab sticks;

- 1 can of canned corn;

- 6 hard-boiled eggs;

- 3 kiwis;

- 150-200 g of mayonnaise;

- 1 tsp. mustard;

- 1 bunch of green onions;

- ground black pepper;

- salt.

First of all, peel the kiwi and cut into strips. Cut the crab sticks into strips and mix with the kiwi. Wash the onion, pat dry on a paper towel and chop finely together with boiled eggs. Combine all ingredients, add canned corn, salt and pepper to taste. Then mix well and place in tartlets. Mix mayonnaise with mustard and put on top of the salad. Decorate the finished dish with herbs and kiwi slices.
