You can't stare at this apple pie. It looks so appetizing that it begs to be put in your mouth. And if someone doubts its taste, cook it and make sure that you are not wasting your time, energy and ingredients, which are needed, by the way, quite a bit.
It is necessary
- - 250 g flour,
- - 3-4 apples,
- - 200 ml of kefir,
- - 100 g of sugar,
- - 1, 5 tsp baking powder,
- - 100 g butter,
- - 1 egg,
- - a bag of vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Beat the egg and sugar until foamy. Better to do this with a mixer. Add kefir, softened butter, vanilla sugar and mix everything thoroughly. Then add the flour mixed with baking powder to the resulting mass in parts. You can add finely chopped lemon zest to the flour - this will make the taste of the cake even richer.
Step 2
Then put the diced apple into the dough, mix. Grease a mold with sunflower oil and pour the dough into it. Gently lay the apple slices on top. The more carefully you do this, the more beautiful and appetizing the cake will be.
Step 3
I never regret apples - the more the better. It is better to peel the fruit. Shape the edges of the cake nicely and place in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Bake at 220 °. Sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar or cinnamon, if desired. Sometimes for flavor, I add a little lemon or orange zest to the dough.
