This time we make the filling: peel the apples, cut them in half, take out all the seeds and cut them into thin slices. When the dough has come, set aside a small part of it to decorate the cake, and we roll the rest into a thin cake, then put it in a greased form. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, top with apples mixed with 3 tbsp. l. Sahara.

Step 3

Roll out the deferred dough with a rolling pin into a thin layer and cut into strips. Put strips of dough on top of the filling so that a mesh is obtained. Connect the side of the pie to the ends of the weaves. Grease the cake with whipped yolk and bake at 180-200 degrees until golden brown.
