To make strawberry puffs, you need the following ingredients: 500 g of puff pastry, 200 g of ripe strawberries, 240 ml of milk, a package of vanilla pudding, a package of milk jelly for a cake.

You can cook strawberry puffs from fresh or frozen berries. If vanilla pudding is not available on the market, replace it with yogurt.

The defrosted puff pastry is rolled out on a cutting board, after sprinkling it with flour. The resulting layer is cut into squares approximately equal in size: 12x12 cm. At a distance of 2 cm from the edge of the dough, a frame is cut on each piece.

The oven is heated to 180 ° C. A baking sheet is thoroughly greased with vegetable oil and prepared dough molds are transferred to it. The blanks are baked for about 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle the table with flour and roll out the dough in a thin layer. Cut the dough into equal squares. In the central part of every second piece of dough, lay out the washed, dried and cut strawberries in half. Then the piece is covered with another piece of dough and the edges of the dough are pressed tightly using a fork.

The blanks are laid out on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Puffs are baked at a temperature of 180 ° C until a pleasant golden hue is obtained.
