The airy orange-flavored roll is a wonderful dessert that will melt in your mouth. This pastry is suitable for any occasion, and it will take very little time to prepare it.

- - 300 g of sugar;
- - 200 ml of orange juice;
- - zest of two oranges;

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200C. Grease the form with oil and cover the bottom with baking paper - it should lie exactly the size of the form.

Melt the butter in the microwave or in a saucepan. Beat eggs lightly in a bowl with sugar and orange zest. Pour in the orange juice and add the flour, lightly beat the ingredients again and pour in the butter. Mix thoroughly, but the mass should not become too airy.
Step 3
Gently pour the egg-orange mixture into a baking sheet so that the baking paper does not rise and shift. We send to the oven for 25-30 minutes.
Step 4
Spread a clean towel on the work surface and sprinkle it with a sufficient amount of sugar over the size of the baking sheet. Gently turn the finished cake over on a towel, remove the baking paper and very quickly, but carefully roll up the roll and transfer it to the dish. We decorate the roll the way we like it.
