It is necessary

  • For 6 servings:
  • - 1 pike;
  • - 1 pike perch;
  • - 1 carrot;
  • - 500 g of potatoes;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 2 eggs;
  • - 1 orange;
  • - a bunch of parsley and dill;
  • - Bay leaf;
  • - 1/3 celery stalk;
  • - salt to taste.

Instructions

Step 1

Gut the pike and walleye. To prepare this dish, you will need fish carcasses weighing no more than 500 g. Cut the fish fillets into portions. Don't make them too small.

Step 2

Place fins, heads and tails in a saucepan and pour 2 liters of water. Bring to a boil and remove any foam that appears.

Step 3

Peel the onion and carrot. Rinse them and the celery, then add to the fish pan. You do not need to pre-cut them. Cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 4

Remove fins, heads, tails, and vegetables from the pan. Strain the broth. Then place it back in the pot and bring to a boil. Season with salt to taste.

Step 5

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Place the vegetable in a pot of stock. After 5 minutes, add the pieces of fish to it. Cook the fish until tender.

Step 6

Send eggs to the pan. Pre-break them over a bowl so that shell fragments do not accidentally fall into your ear. After adding the eggs, stir them immediately in the ear.

Step 7

Remove the pot from the stove. Put chopped dill and parsley in the ear, add bay leaf. Then cut the orange into thin slices. Do not peel the fruit first, just rinse it thoroughly. Place the orange in the ear and close the pan with the lid. Darken the soup for 20 minutes and then serve.
