A fragrant hodgepodge with potatoes, sausage, sausages in a slow cooker will replace the usual soup and borscht. This is that rare case when everyone, young and old, devours dinner with equal pleasure.

Step 1
Cut 150 grams of smoked chicken into cubes. Cut the sausages and ham into strips.

Peel the potatoes, rinse, cut into strips, which will be thicker than that of meat products. This is necessary so that the potatoes do not boil during the cooking process.

Peel the onion and carrot. Cut the onion into small cubes, carrots into thin strips (you can grate on a coarse grater - if desired).
