It is necessary

  • - 150 grams of smoked chicken,
  • - 150 grams of sausages,
  • - 150 grams of ham,
  • - 200 grams of potatoes,
  • -1 onion,
  • -1 carrots,
  • - 30 grams of vegetable oil,
  • - 150 grams of pickled cucumbers,
  • - 50 grams of olives,
  • - 2 liters of broth or water,
  • - salt to taste,
  • - ground black pepper to taste,
  • - 2.5 grams of paprika (optional),
  • - 40 grams of green onions,
  • - 40 grams of dill.

Instructions

Step 1

Cut 150 grams of smoked chicken into cubes. Cut the sausages and ham into strips.

Step 2

Peel the potatoes, rinse, cut into strips, which will be thicker than that of meat products. This is necessary so that the potatoes do not boil during the cooking process.

Step 3

Peel the onion and carrot. Cut the onion into small cubes, carrots into thin strips (you can grate on a coarse grater - if desired).

Step 4

Set the "Fry" mode on the multicooker. Put onions and carrots in a slow cooker, add vegetable oil. Sauté the vegetables for three minutes, then place the potatoes in the Bake setting and cook for 15 minutes.

Step 5

While the potatoes are cooking, cut the pickles into strips.

Step 6

After 15 minutes, put all the meat products in a slow cooker, add olives (you can cut them in two or leave whole) and pickles. Pour in the broth, salt and pepper to taste, add paprika (you can not add), close the lid on the multicooker, set the "Soup" mode and leave to cook for half an hour.

Step 7

Rinse green onions and dill well, dry a little and chop.

Step 8

After the multicooker beeps, open the lid and leave for five minutes, then put the hodgepodge on plates, garnish with chopped herbs and serve along with sour cream.
