Solyanka is a very popular Russian dish. The peculiarity of this dish is that it combines sour, salty and spicy ingredients.
There are many ways to make a hodgepodge. A very tasty hodgepodge is obtained in a slow cooker.

- Beef (fillet) - 400 g.
- Smoked chicken - 200 g.
- Hunting sausages - 130 g.
- Potatoes - 560 g.
- Carrots - 1 medium piece.
- Pickled cucumbers - 2-3 pieces of medium size.
- Tomato paste - 100 g.
- Onions - 1 medium onion.
- Cucumber pickle - 100 ml.
- Vegetable oil - 100 ml.
- Water - 2 liters.
- Salt, spices to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the beef well, chop it along with onions, carrots, potatoes, cucumbers, sausages and chicken strips.
Step 2
Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. Place chopped onions, carrots, sausages, chicken, tomato paste there.
Mix everything well. Next, close the lid and turn on the "Fry" mode (depending on the model, the name may change). We set the cooking time to 20 minutes.
Step 3
Add the cucumber pickle 5 minutes before the end of the program. Fry until the end of the program.
Step 4
After the end of the program, add water, potatoes, meat, salt and spices. Mix everything thoroughly and close the lid. We set the "Stew / soup" mode (names may differ) and set the time to 1 hour.
